- The Danish Language Council
The Danish Language Council (Dansk Sprognævn) was founded in 1955. It is an institution under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture, and is housed with the Humanities Faculty, University of Copenhagen, on the Amager campus. Settles questions of Danish language usage, produces the official orthographical dictionary of Danish, and charts the development of Danish.
